JYU Library starts centralized recording of publications to TUTKA research database

Starting in April 2014 JyU Library will record all publications to TUTKA. The goal of the centralized recording is to ease researchers' activities and to promote parallel publishing to JYX Digital Archive.

With the centralized publication recording the role of people in charge of publications in the departments will end. The researcher is still responsible for notifying JyU Library of their publications on time. The new process does not affect recording other information in TUTKA, or the tasks of the departmental main users.

Please notify the Library about new publications using the Plone form:
https://kirjasto.jyu.fi/publish-and-buy/publishing-forms/submit-your-publication
or alternatively, by sending e-mail to tutka-publications@jyu.fi.

Please report in minimium:
  1. The details of the publication
  2. The names of JY affiliated authors
  3. The Department Information of JY-publishers
  4. Co-operation Information (national and international partners)
  5. In addition: Please attach also  the final draft version of the article. This is for parallel publishing.
